Fitness Minutes: 1,948

My Goals:
Goals? That would suggest that I have a plan. I would like to lose 10 lbs by the end of October so that I can look fabulous for my 20th high school reunion and then I need to lose an additional 8-10 for a fun-filled week in Hawaii with all of my husband's family. It would be great to be back in a bikini!

My Program:
My training plan comes from a combination of the Couch to 5k and Hal Higdon's 5k and 10k running schedules. http://www.halhigdon.com/

I also plan to commit to three days a week of strength training.
