Welcome to my page, as seen in the tittle, I am a friend of rocks and all things cute. I wish everyone luck with their goals, I believe in all of you.
The short story of my life, or the most important parts that brought me to this place, begins with my ex boyfriend. Before him and while I was dating him I was happy and healthy, working out, eating right. but then he moved away and we broke up, i got depressed and that started my spiral down and my weight up. Then I got a job on baffin island, which made me happy, but didn't do much for my waist line. The options of food wasn't that healthy, and we ate a lot of it, because there wasn't really much else to do, other then collect millions of rock samples. So summer was over and school started, started working out with a friend, but then the stress started with the assignments and exams. Then came last summer (2008). Good for my waist line, I was doing a lot more hiking around, the had more healthy food, and they even got a small gym. So my room mate and friend started working out every day, and making sure we both eat right. Then I lost my job, bad for waist line. I got in the habit of watching tv and eating when I was hungry, and there wasn't a lot of good food in the house. Then the challenge between my two best friends, my self, and one of my best friends parents. I started out really well, i swam three times a week, ate healthy, but my weight didn't go down. Which is probably because I kept travling to visit people and when that happens my diet and excersize go right out the window. And then I visited cousins down in Windsor, and here I am, thanks to them!!!
1. Eat less junk food
2. Eat healthy
3. Excersize at least once a day
4. Be as happy as I was 2 years ago
