Personal Information:
I'm in Colorado, married with 2 boys. My husband works on an oil rig. He is gone most of the time, and we only see him about 2 days a week. It's almost like being a single mom most the time. I don't mind though, we just make time when he's home extra special.

Other Information:
I love cooking. I've been studying culinary arts since I was 11 and I'm actually quite good at it. I have really gotten into shooting and I take my pistol every where I go. I also love MMA fighting. My hubby is a fighter and has trained me quite a bit. Basically I may be overweight, but I can kick anyone's butt who calls me FAT!

Hi there, can't remember where I saw your user name, but it caught my eye so I had to check out your page. My husband works on the Slope for Nabors Drilling, so I too have learned that I'm a single mom for half the time! We live in WA. One of the best parts of this journey for me is that when my husband comes home, he can tell I've lost weight. That means the world to me! He knows I stay on track and focused better when he's working. emoticon

Love your suggestion on Chef Meg's videos of a freezer excel sheet! We use one for meal planning/grocery shopping - I will have to snag your idea and try it out! Thanks!
