Thanks for stopping by! I hope we can help each other towards our healthy goals :) OILOVETEA= "Oh, I love tea!" (I realize it could look like Oil of tea) I'm a student-soon-to-be-professional in my mid-twenties. I started with SparkPeople in July 2010, at 144 lbs. I lose some, gained some, and I've been able to maintain at around 135ish for the past two months, and my new goal (starting mid-Feb 2011) is to lose 1-2 lbs a week by graduation. I'm trying to learn how to balance my love of sweets, my exercise, and my schoolwork. And I can't wait to see how fit I can become with my mind really set to a goal!
