Hey girl! Yes, you're right! I went running on Saturday and my muscles are STILL killing me all over... I might try to go again tonight! YAY!
I know what you mean about being sick. It's funny how something small like that can really ruin your whole outline. I fell out of my truck and landed face first on a NYC street. GROSS and I got a huge bruise on my chin (as my mom said I'm lucky I didn't break any teeth) but MAN I could not upload a video looking like that :( and then I decided I deserved chocolate and soda and it all went down hill from there.
hi there! thanks for the comments on the blog. The hills are getting easier!!! Gives me a great sense of accomplishment when I run them. I like that they are there too as this is my go to because you have no time to really run area, but it is a harder run w/ the hills.
Hey! I'm sorry! I'm fat again, abs are NOT flat. I haven't been doing situps or anything, just feeling lazy. Raw wek really screwed me up! But I'm just about ready to get back on track. I'm thinking about signing up for a 5k with a friend of mine that runs marathons! So I think I may go jogging tonight, and get restarted on Couch to 5k program because that's 6 weeks, and the 5k is on June 11. That gives me just enough time!
And I have a few of those bumpies on my arm but not many. I think that thing might be what I have too because they are a lot of ingrown hairs. I guess I will try Eucerin Plus. Someone else said something about that to me.
Thanks for all the comments on the blog yesterday, I do appreciate it! I wrote a quick update on it today. Time will tell. Tip: if you can move the lumps, they are usually fatty and not a big deal. It is when you cannot move them that you need to worry about them.
