I've been pretending to want to lose weight all my adolescent and adult life. I say pretending because I never really did anything about it until now. I have recently lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks!!!! I'm so proud of myself. I feel great and I am going to keep going!

My Goals:
My goal is to have a fit, curvy figure. I want strong muscular legs! I want to rock a hot pair of booty shorts and short skirts.

My Program:
I incline train on the treadmill for a quick cardio workout that blasts 500+ in just a half hour. I do strength training and specific routines for my hips, butt and thighs and calves. I am researching adding hula hooping for strong core/ abs and a smaller waist. I always exercise my transverse abdominal muscles at every workout and throughout the day by sucking my belly button to my spine as often and as long as I can.

1) 199lbs by 9/2011 = -36lbs

2) 185lbs by 12/2011 = -50lbs

3) Rock some super hot booty shorts w/ ridiculous heels!

Personal Information:
I'm originally from DC and am now living in the suburbs of Maryland. My husband and I usually workout together which has been a Godsend as far as getting me started. Of course, my husband lost a million pounds (and is satisfied) in two months and I still have a little way to go. My ultimate goal is to be 180-185lbs. But my immediate goal is to just get to 199lbs. I think I can do that by September 2011.

Other Information:
I love to read. I love to cook and find ways to make recipes I love healthier. I love to make low-fat ice cream at home. I finally really like to exercise!
