Hi Karen, I saw on the huddle wall that you needed support. I see that you have lost alot of weight so far -- GREAT job!! Just remember that you have to take one step at a time, one day at a time.
Thanks for adding me as a friend and for the goodie. I won't give up. I'm just getting frustrated. I stay within my calorie range and I exercise, but I either stay the same or gain. I'm on a medication that causes weight gain and I just read an article that says if you don't get enough sleep it could effect your weight loss, too. I have a tendency to stay up late, so I'm going to try to go to bed a little earlier.
