    Thanks for adding me as a friend and for the goodie. I won't give up. I'm just getting frustrated. I stay within my calorie range and I exercise, but I either stay the same or gain. I'm on a medication that causes weight gain and I just read an article that says if you don't get enough sleep it could effect your weight loss, too. I have a tendency to stay up late, so I'm going to try to go to bed a little earlier.

    I added you as a friend. Hope you will do the same. I read your blog and my comment was not about the healthy veggies divided up. I have a weakness for Chex mix and other salty foods. If I buy them at Sam's Club I have them around a long time. I started buying them at other places so I don't have as big a bag hanging around!! Have a nice day!!
