    Heya! How're you doing sir? I hope your enjoying your new addition to the family!!! Things get so crazy after a baby is born... it's rediculous. Especially since for quite a bit all they do is eat, sleep, and have dirty diapers. Seems simple on the outside, but it's definitely not! :)

    Things have been ok on the home front here. Like you said... you can only go forward. We've had some down time, but we're trying to pick back up as we can... we do our morning stretches/yoga/strength now regularly. Our two year old joins in with push ups and sit ups, it's quite hilarious. No we just have to get back into cardio...

    Pack on a few pounds I'm sure at least on my side, but we just are trying to pick back up and keep trucking along. Right now we're in that unheatlhy "rid" cycle... trying to empty out all of our cabinets and fridge from what's there so we can start fresh. We can't afford to just throw it all away, after we have a clean slate we're going to start over. I'm going to try to be good and do some bento boxes and make sure I have some healthy quick things around, because I get burnt out on cooking 3 meals a day, everyday, from scratch. I'm just not awesome enough for all of that, especially on the weekend when the S.O. works. :P "Eh, it's just me, so who cares?!" Just trying to stay focused that in the overall picture that I've lost weight, and I can keep going, regardless of small steps backwards.
