Well I am now 31 years old and finding myself back at 180 lbs. It snuck up on me after I had my baby. I would love to make excuses of why I am over weight again but I can't. This is all me. So now I am taking walks with my daughter in her stroller, killing myself in cardio boot camps, and yoga. I am actually having fun while working out and I love taking morning walks with my daughter. I have my Music Muve set to jam and getting back on this band wagon. I don't want to be in my 30's and over weight. I want to be the fun Mom who chases her children around the park. I had all my issues under control and I do not want to go back to it. I may not have a gym membership or work out equipment. But I do have some great video's and a great place to go jogging. So I need to come back here and keep myself on track. I don't want to get sick again.
On a side note I also want to start training for the next dirty dash marathon. My son said he would go with me and he will almost be nine so I agreed.

- keep my stress down
- keep loving life
- to improve my balance and flexibility that I lost in the pregnancy with yoga.
- to train for the dirty dash marathon.

My Program:
- I gave in to my food allergies and took up the vegetarian life style.
- staying away from processed, dairy, and anything bad for you.
- Staying active
- Took up a hobby
-Saw the doctor about possible PCOS and GERD and took care of it.
- talking to the doctor about going on birth control to control my hormones.
- no more sodas!

I love reading, writing, comics, gardening, and my family. I also love Yoga which helps with my bad joints, I do a lot of holistic living, and trying to balance my life as a career woman and mother.
