3rd time's a charm!
Well, I'm going to start this for a third time, and I'm trying to be positive about it. It didn't seem right to refer to this time as a possible 3rd strike. I'm at 252 lbs. and I have to get my mindset going in the right direction. I'll probably lean on DW ( COMPUCATHY) for more help and guidance than in the past, and I can't get a better role model than her. I'm going to begin an exercise regimen which I have never done before, so I'm looking forward to that as well.

My Program:
I am going to be drinking just water, leaving all drinks with sweetners alone. I also intend to curb my snacking, which is also an issue with my weight. I will also begin an exercise routine at home and at the Y.
