A Changed Woman, with room to Grow
After a year on spark, I have made many changes. I am not where I want to be, but I am still ahead of where I was. I actually enjoy exercising now, (not all). John and I eat mostly whole foods now, and I take pride in makeing as much food from scratch as I am able. I am so proud of how much strength I have gained, and the stamina I now have.

My Goals:
I would like to loose about 200 pounds, and get to be more active and Healthier. Just in these last couple months, I am surprised about how much more I am able to do. I would like to be able to really come up with a healthier eating plan, that will be somehting I can live with, long term, beacuse it can be depressing to think about dieting for the rest of your LIFE!!!
My Program:
I am now able, to count my calories, and be pretty accountable about what I am eating. I also am now able to work out, 4 or 5 days a week! I go to the Y, for water aerobics, atlaeast twice a week. I try and do 30 minutes of Praise Moves (Christian Yoga) 5 days aweek. Plus to burn even more calories, I have been riding my beloved recumbant bike! Recently My husband, and I started strength training together. Which has been fun!
Other Information:
My greatest strength is my faith! I enjoy cooking, and baking for my friends and family. I also adore my two Mini Schnauzers, Minnie, and Gunther! I love crafting and working with young children.
