I have a lot of weight to lose, but I've got time to do it and I am confident and excited!

I am most interested in tracking my food intake. I am working on my fitness program as well but will ease into that - dancing to my hubby's rock band and hopping on my elliptical and treadmill.

Thanks for commenting on my Sparkpage. I too don't get to spend that much time on Sparks. Sometimes I only get once or twice a week to Spark, and then I try to catch up through Friend Feed! Hope you have a great Sunday! Beautiful in Michigan today. emoticon

Thanks for adding me as a friend; I've done the same with you.

Now we'll be able to follow each others progress along our journeys.

Keep working towards your goals!

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!

Congrats on starting a running program! Making the decision at 275 lbs to start training for a 5K was one of the best things I ever did. I know you will do great at your first 5K!

Thanks for the friend add and have a great weekend!
