Short mama of a one year old boy. Would love to be in shape by the time he turns two. I'd like to be 110 pounds by June 1, 2011, i know extreme goal considering i have 68 pounds to lose. Joined the gym last july, can u say FAIL!!! haven't lost a single pound, but its a new year and im ready for a new healthier me!!!

To lose 10 pounds a month To run my first 5k marathon To do an hour of cardio without feeling like im goin to puke. To play with my son longer then 5 minutes Get organized.
My Program:
Fruits Veggies Water, water, water No starch. 3 times cardio, 2 times strength training. 8 hrs of sleep.
