Spark Live and "The Spark" - and motivational reading and more exercise and more focusing on the end goal!

Thanks for your comment on my "Road Bike Crash" blog. The thing that surprised me was when the driver confided that she was also a cyclist!
I also suspected that she was talking on her cell phone!
