My Goals:
Well here are some weight loss small goals

under 200lbs- end of Sept 2010

180lbs- beg of Nov

170- new years eve 2010

160- Feb 2011

150- April 2011

Eat Clean and get moving!

Other Information:
I've tried weight watchers with a good friend of mine recently. I've been helping her more than myself it seems. I have lost some more weight but I really want to arm myself with tools for daily living and not count count count. I also tried Medifast. Can you say restrictive? Yikes. I did ok with that but it's not as flexible as I needed with my work and lifestyle.

I am going to just eat clean. I started on 9/10/10. Not a diet, a lifestyle. Nothing I need to change when I reach my goals.

I plan to get off my tush and workout more by the end of the month, Sept 2010. My speech therapy for breathing is really giving me a lot of confidence and I'm having my veins treated for pain and tiredness so that should help immensely with energy to go as well.

Hey you! I was just trying to get all my stuff here update. I hope all is well with you. I have backslid a bit with the weight, but more new meds and my period I think are to blame. I am feeling pretty good though. I have set a goal to use my Wii fit at least 3 times a week, and walk at work 3 times per week.

What are you doing for yourself?
