hello Sparkpeople , I'm here to give it a try again 2015 . I'm working on the new me, taking one bite of food at a time and workout too, Jan 2015 i focused on measuring and weighing all of my foods , Feb 2015 focusing on food and workouts and adding weights too. I'm here for lifestyle changes and support, anyone willing to give advice and tips for me to reach any goals i have, would be great. everyone keep up what there doing and good luck to all. I will give any advice that i have to who want's it. just send me a message. this is march 22 2015 i'am still following my weighing and measuring everything i'm eating and drinking and not one cheat meal yet sense Jan 1st, and it's working , weight is coming off slowly but surely, yahoo . It's may 31st and it's 5 months and still tracking everything and still losing weight and body fat and BMI is going down too. can't believe how good i'm doing. if anybody needs any help please contact me . i would be glad to share my tips. trying to lose 20 lbs by July first , this will be six month mark to see where i'm at . wish me luck. Well July 1st i hit 17 lbs i have been on this long plateau for 9 to 10 weeks , but not giving up. hopefully this month i will be at 20 lbs and then some. Finally I met my 20 lb goal in July 21 2015 yahoo my real goal for 20 lbs was July 1st but it took 3 more weeks not to bad, next goal is to see where i'm at but Jan 1st. hopefully i will be down my total weight of 50 lbs. just 30 lbs to go. Tracking and persistence pays off if anyone needs my help please write me a message I would love to help as much as i can. OK it's dec 31 2015 wow I made it for a whole year tracking weighing and measuring my drinks and food, now i can do this again next year starting jan 1st 2016 , when you put your mind to it you can do anything. It took me this year to lose 17 to 20 lbs i did it slow but i kept it off which is a big deal. Well i wish the best for everyone in 2016 . HAPPY HEALTHY NEW YEAR.

I use the treadmill and also my bike i have on inside the house and one bike for outside . i do have a large weight machine with a lot of attachments.
