I will give any advice that i have to who want's it. just send me a message. this is march 22 2015 i'am still following my weighing and measuring everything i'm eating and drinking and not one cheat meal yet sense jan 1st, and it's working , wights coming off slowly but surely, yahoo . It's may 31st and it's 5 months and still tracking everything and still losing weight and body fat and bmi is going down too. can't believe how good i'm doing. if anybody needs any help please contact me . i would be glad to share my tips. trying to lose 20 lbs by july first , this will be six month mark to see where i'm at . wish me luck. Well july 1st i hit 17 lbs i have been on this long plateua for 9 to 10 weeks , but not giving up. hopefully this month i will be at 20 lbs and then some.

My goals are to make lifestyle changes, to be healthy and be fit. living with border , type 2 diabetes is a challenge. to continue a good healthy life. i go meatless and hoping to get others to change there eating habits.

I use the treadmill and also my bike i have on inside the house and one bike for outside . i do have a large weight machine with a lot of attachments.
