You don't stop playing because you get old, you get old because you stop playing.

Am losing hope instead of losing weight. Decided to get back here to track my food.

I've been overweight all my life. I weighed 246 lbs at my heaviest, I had struggled down to 234 when I started at the gym 8 years ago. I got down to 180 - but the last few years have been a struggle and I'm back up to 223.

I had to quit the personal training gym because it was getting so expensive, and now am struggling to be motivated and have a consistent regiment.

My Goals:
Set some realistic action goals.

Lose 40 lb by Christmas 2013. That's 2lb per week for 20 weeks. as of Aug 5 2013



My Program:
Cycling, walking the sea wall with hubby and tennis when it's dry enough. Using some home weights and videos.

forever 49, love mtn biking as well as road cycling. Love tennis even though it's hard on my feet. Am always up for golf.

I work a lot of hours, love to watch Realty TV, am happily married to the best guy in the world.
