I think TRACKING FOOD and EXERCISE is important!!! I know it seems crazy, but just doing that helps me lose weight! Thanks SP!

My Program:
I am definitely working the consistent angle. I consistently eat well and consistently exercise!! Even if I don''t "blow it out" every day I try to be consistent. I also quit smoking around the same time I started posting on SP and I know that once something becomes a habit, that habit is hard to break! Now I am making healthy habits and I already HATE to miss my workouts. I tend to slack off on the weekends and my diet is a real challenge! I am tracking everything I eat, and I know that will help me figure out where I making progress and missteps.

Personal Information:
My name is Mimi. I am from Richmond Va and I LOVE to be outdoors. I hike, canoe, camp, play with my DD (dear doggie! Jasper.) I spend a lot of time with friends and family.

Other Information:
I have a hard time keeping focused on my diet on the weekends. I sometimes still have problems with snacking in the evening and my strategy is really just not to keep snack foods in the house. Boring but true!

Good job taking it easy on the pizza and poppers! It's hard to say no, especially when it's a special occasion and someone else pays for the meal!

good on you! getting back on track is good staying on track might be better, but we all have a hard time on that one emoticon so we must do with the next best and hope we might one say we did stay on it ....
