You don't go thru a deep personal transformation without some kind of dark night of the soul.
I was a skinny kid, an overweight young adult, and now I'm a more or less 'normal' weight not-quite middle-aged adult. Lost 100#, have kept it off for several years, but it's a hard journey with alot of twists and turns. I ride horses. I read. I lift weights, run, practice yoga. I have 2 children and a husand of nearly 22 years. I'm a stay-at-home-Mom altho that's a misnomer as I'm almost never home!!

My Goals:
To finally the drop these last stubborn pounds!! To find a way of eating that is both realistic for my life and sustainable for the long term, that makes my body (and mind) happy. To heal and not recur injuries I have been fighting for the past couple years!
My Program:
Regular workouts. Balanced meals. Quality nutrtion. Monitor portion size. Eat at regular intervals. Laugh, alot. Breathe.
Other Information:
I enjoy jewelry making and recipe make-overs.
