I didn't put it on in a day......

I created this account in Jan, but didn't start using it until July 7th, 2011. SP REALLY works! I have been working hard to get this weight off to be healthy for my family, my friends, my patients, and most of all ME!

I keep reminding myself "I didn't put all this weight on in a day, so it isn't coming off in a day either!" Sometimes, I sure wish it would. I look in the mirror and see my thin self, but then I see pictures and think "Who is that FAT girl?" I hate having my ...

My Goals:
I hope to lose weight and reach 135 lbs.

My Program:
I have removed soft drinks from my diet (except for special occasions).

I am exercising every day. I walk for 30 minutes, ride my bicycle, use my Gazelle - anything to get moving for at least 30 minutes a day.

I'm surprised by how much better I already feel.

Happy Sunday. Hope you're summer is going great. Are you still on track to do all you can today to reach your goals tomorrow? If so, great! If not, what can you change today that will help you feel accomplished? One little thing. Drink more water? Cut out soda? Go for a walk? Small changes add up.

Thank you for your comment on my blog! Yep I have my fingers crossed for next week. Your right any loss is loss, I guess I should just be glad I didn't gain any.
