My name is Michelle. I am 32 years old. I have hated my body since I was in high school. I have tried many different diets and my weight flucated as a result. I used to think that 160 was heavy. Last March- I tipped the scales at 230. I truly hated myself. I no longer want to treat my body like garbage.

My Goals:
To weigh 145 lbs

To run a 5K in 29 minutes!


My Program:
I work out 3-5 days a week.

Cardio 3-5 days a week for 30 to 60 minutes:
I usually run on the treadmill for 30 minutes 3 times a week. I also use the stationary bike, the elipitcal, and the stair step machine.

I lift weights 3 times a week. I do a combination of weight machines, dumbells, and barbells. I use my personal trainer once a week and do my own routine twice a week.

Personal Information:
I am 29 years old. I live in Indianapolis with my husband Steven. I have 3 active dogs.

Other Information:
When I have free time , I love to watch movies. I also love to watch football--my favorite team is the Indianapolis Colts. I love to go to the beach.
