I'm Sharon, and I lost 60 pounds with Weight Watchers almost 9 years ago. I am a high energy, passionate person that is always looking for motivation, support, and great healthy recipes! I am committed to maintaing a healthy lifestyle and enjoy finding new activites and ways to stay inspired.

I'm also a resident physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and am happily married to my best friend and soul mate.

My Goals:
I want to be at a healthy weight where i can feel good about myself and be comfortable with my body. This is both a numbers thing and mental thing- both of which I am working on. I want to be physically strong and have endurance. I want to have a healthy relationship with food and make good choices without being totally obsessive.

My Program:
I'm a Weight Watchers lifetime member that originally lost 60 pounds on the Flex Plan and am losing the last 20 pounds again. Weight watchers taught me a lot but I needed something different. I am counting calories on Sparkpeople and I am setting weekly fitness goals of cardio and strength for myself.

Personal Information:
I live in Northeastern Ohio with my husband and our two kitties- Noel and Blue.

Other Information:
I love to read and personal favorites are Stephanie Meyer, J K Rowling, and Christopher Paolini. I also love to play Martha Stewart by cooking, baking, crafting, and decorating. My happiest times are weekends off with my husband- we love exploring, going out to dinner, window shopping, and coffee shops. Fall is my favorite season but i just love celebrating all the major holidays- especially christmas.

Oh I am so glad to see you here. You always inspired me with your tips on how to cope with different things such as work, weekends, etc. I am still going to Weight Watchers and have now lost 103.8 pounds. It has been 14 months since I started. Just decided to visit Spark People to see if you were blogging. Im guilty of not visiting the site often. Good luck with your weight loss. emoticon

Yes we can do this. I made it below the 300 pound mark, and when I lose about 29 more pounds I will be halfway to goal. Not only can we do this. We will do it. Wish I had more time to be online and be able to participate more. Maybe that will be my goal for this week. More time for me on the Spark pages.
