Welcome to my Spark People Healthy Living Page!

I started my weightloss journey in April of 2004. I hit 199lbs (ONEderland) by January of 2006. By the middle of 2006, I started gaining back some of the weight I had worked so hard to lose during some major life-changing events. I am now just over 220lbs again, and I am getting back on track.

Starting Weight: 250lbs
Goal Weight: 150lbs

My Goals:
Currently, my goals are to work towards my long term goal of 150lbs or better!! I would like to pursue healthy/active hobbies to incorporate into my life to make my weightloss (and weightloss maintenance) easier.

My Program:
I lost the first 51lbs using weight watchers. I have tried other, more generic types of programs but I always return to Weight Watchers (Flex Points) because I find it works best for me.

Personal Information:
I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I grew up in a suburb of Seattle, WA. I am a self-identified queer femme and I am married to a self-identified queer butch and share a home with her and my two step-sons (hers).
