Goal 1 is to have the endurance to walk for 60 minutes straight.
I've decided to break up my weight loss into 3 parts so; weight loss goal # 1 is 60 pounds.
I eat every 2-3 hours incorporating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grain, while eating delicious food! week 2 is always the hardest for me and I got through it (although it was rough) and I still lost weight!!!
