Here are the guidelines for the Spring into Summer Challenge:
We have a lot of new members in the pound a week challenge, so here are some general guidelines:
1. This is not a competition, but a way to challenge yourself and be accountable to yourself and the group 2. Your team members are there to provide support and advice - a lot of us have been here a while and may have tips for how to bust plateaus, how to beat cravings, etc. 3. Post your weight weekly - the weigh-in day is Saturday, but if you are involved in another challenge or getting weighed in at WW, we are flexible. 4. You can post other times throughout the week if you want to post an NSV (non-scale victory), need advice, or just need to post something about how things are going. 5. Here is a template that you can copy and past to post your weights or you can do something else if you choose:
6. Simply access the link to the challenge "Spring into Summer", hit the Reply button and a comment box will appear. It will seem like you are replying to the last person's response, but you are replying to the thread for the challenge. 7. The goal is 13 lbs - if you lose more great! If you lose less, well any loss is a victory!
