Unfortunately I have not yet found anything that helps me feel better. I am not sure what triggers it yet, so I don't know how to ease any pain or aches. Excedrin, ibuprofen, etc. doesn't seem to work. Would love to find a doc who can help me identify what causes flare ups and what to do to ease them! If I find someone - I'll let you know. :)

Your page cracks me up - I understand the love affair thing. I'm in the same boat.
Are you in the Portland area? I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia years ago, and am having flare up issues and need to find a doctor. Any suggestions?

Don't worry too much about the greasy nachos, you have to give a little sometimes... did you still land within your goal cals/carbs/fats/proteins? If not it is okay, we all have our days. The biggest motivator you will ever have is the way you feel when you do right by your body.
Yesterday I pushed my self & did strength training on a cardio day as well as a walk, well today my body is a little sore, but those numbers on the scale have gone down, another 3.6 pounds... a total of 8 in less than a week. That made me feel really good.
I was low on calories yesterday in the end, I need 1300-1700 each day & yesterday I only got about 1245. Not too far off. I am a night person, who also has extremely, even dangerously, low vitamin D... makes me want to sleep all day. It is a struggle for me to get moving most days. Do you have someone that you could take a walk with on your days off? Maybe you can ask them to call you by a certain time & plan a walk for soon after.
I've been at the computer for nearly 2 hours! I think it is time I did something! Talk to ya later!

Love your page!! Gah, I'm so tired; thinking is hard. So, I texted you my good and bad stuff already but I want a "hard copy" to note our progress :-)
Unhealthiest: I had hot dogs for lunch. So unhealthy, and I had 2 :-( Thankfully, I did OK with breakfast and snacking (even with the sunflower seeds fiasco) so I'll be able to have a good dinner and still be within my calorie range. All in all, not as bad as it could have been.
Healthiest: I went for a second walk this evening even though it was hot outside and I'm really tired. I don't feel like it now, but when I step on the scale next week I'll be really glad I made the extra effort!!
