Hey! So week one of my C25K was actually just 1 work out... The stickiness factor just wasn't there. Really, I hated it! It was awful... though I've NEVER been one to run (you know the old joke there's not reason to run unless you're being chased? me to a T!). My plan for this week is to get back on my bike and work up my lung strength before I attempt the 'run' again! I do really want to do it, but I need to work my way up.

I'm starting my first C25K workout in the morning! Just downloaded the podcasts and created my running schedule. Can't imagine I'll be running 5k by the end of July, but that's apparently where I'll be if I stick with it! We'll see! How has it been going for you?? 2428 days ago
