I was overweight for a long long time, like nearly 20 years. I finally had the perfect storm of stuff that lead me to getting healthy in 2008. I went from 204.6# on 1 Jan 08 to 148.8 on 2 Sept 08.
I maintained for over 3 years, but stress over the last several have led me to eating a lot of feelings and internalizing some very negative messages from a very bad job situation. It has taken me nearly 2 years to fight back from that internalized negativity and PTSD.
I have been at my new job for 3 months now and I finally feel like I have a solid floor on which I can begin to rebuild and get back on the path to the person I know I can be.

15 Oct 15-175.6# & 89.7% score on my goal success.
20 Oct 15-174.6# (not official until Thursday)
22 Oct 15-173.8# (down 1.8 lbs!)
24 Oct 15-172.6# (down 3.0 lbs!)

I am an RN Case Manager at a nonprofit managed medicaid insurance company. I was a public health RN in Missouri for 7 years. I'm also a nurse in the US Army Reserve.
I also love to knit, spin wool, scrapbook, read, listen to music, sing, camp, watch movies, etc.
