I am Married with two little ones, five and two. I started working out Dec 08. I Asked for and recieved a 3month membership to the gym for my birthday and accidently became addicted! I really want to just feel good in my skin, natural and comfortable with myself like I have been before. This is turning out to be a journey about so many things. Much more than my weight or pant size. The benefits have been so much better than just being smaller my life has changed dramatically for the better just from trying to eat healthier and get in shape. I am so thankful to have discovered this. I can not imagine going back to my tired sluggish old self. I also LOVE Books, Music, Movies, Nature, Animals, and my Family. And believe it or not I now love exercise.

My Goals:
One goal would be to continue eating healthier. Also getting fit- well I have come a long way but I want to continue to make advances in my fitness level. Reducing body fat. Strengthen. Lower Blood Pressure. Be content with myself.

I am34. Live in Ga. My husband and I have been married since 2002. We have two great kids. One is 5 and the little one is two.

Goals Run 3mi on tread- July 09 Complete C25K outside- Oct 8th, 09 3.1 mi 33 minutes outside. Be able to do: Full pushup- aug 09 10 push ups- Full pull up- More to come...
