I am Married with two little ones. I started working out Dec 08. To get rid of the baby weight. I Asked for and received a 3month membership to the gym and accidentally became addicted!
This is turning out to be a journey about so many things. Much more than my weight or pant size. The benefits have been so much better than just being smaller my life has changed dramatically for the better just from trying to eat healthier and get in shape. I am so thankful to have discovered this and spark has been a great help. I can not imagine going back to my tired sluggish old self.

I also LOVE Books, Music, Movies, Nature, Animals, and my Family. And believe it or not I now love exercise.

Feb 2016- After not working out for a time I have gained about 15lbs and lost my fitter figure. I became tired and anxiety started to reappear something that only went away during the years I exercised and ate right. I have been back at working out for several months but I am now taking a closer look at my nutrition. Starting to make a bit of progress I forgot how slow going it is. Well its changes that needed to be made. Looking to get back to my healthier self. I really need this for my mind, body and spirit.

    Thanks for the post. I am back on spark but trying to fly under the radar until I get up to speed. I spent a year "wallowing' in disappointment at myself but the only way to take it off again is one step at a time and to be consistent . At least this is what I tell myself today. Thanks for connecting !

    MY gym membership has been up for about two months and I haven't been working out.. I've gained three pounds already..I'm dieting like crazy and it doesn't work at all..When they say its mainly diet..thats sooooooo not true with me! I think im going to renew my gym membership. I just hate to waist the money if I'm moving soon! How are you doing on your weightloss goal..You were so skinny the last time I saw you
