Hi There, I have recently injured my knee in a sports game. When it was being assessed it was found that I had significant osteo-arthritis in my knee joint - meaning that I have to re-evaluate all my previous life style which contained sport sport and more sport. :(
During re-hab for the knee, I quickly put on 3kg in 4 weeks and I could see that if I didn't do something NOW, I would have real problems as one of the most important things with arthritis is weight control.
