I was born and raised a NY fan in the heart of Massachusetts and yes my lady and I hear about it all the time. I have been married since 1984 so 28 years to the Love of my life who is a bigger NY fan then I am. We meet at work she thought I was a jerk I thought she was an ass but, with an amazing body.
We bought a house that was built in 1700’s we have been restoring, updating and we are currently adding on a master bedroom.

I have decided on a cruise for our 30th anniversary so, that means I have to get in shape I have 18 months to do it and cannot fall off the wagon again.(damn that wagon)
After doing research on exercise equipment and waiting until the fat just fell off without me doing anything about it. I joined SP. It is difficult and very painful for me to exercise but it is the only way.

Lose wieght

My Program:
I have a bad back and neck so I do a modified Cardio and wieght training routine.
Cut back on carbs. cut out simple carbs.

I live in Massachusetts and I was born and raised a New York Yankees Fan!
I also rebelled against the old man and became a Patriots Fan!
One of my hobbies is home improvement and working on computers.
I plan on returning to college when my wife is finished with the nursing program she is currently taking. We are big into Science fiction me more then her.
I am a “bleeding heart liberal” as those Hmm republicans put it.
With me what you see is what you get. I don’t hold back I tell it the way it is.
Except with family members and that’s only to keep the peace with the wife.
