My Goals:
My goals for now are to lose about 10-15 pounds of body weight by losing 10% or more of bodyfat. I want to have more energy overall from eating right and moving more.

My Program:
I'm definitely getting the water in because it helps me to move the bad stuff out and to feel hydrated when the heat is cranked up. I'm making sure I get some fruits and veggies in with each meal and trying to use them as snacks rather than less healthy or nutrient filled food. Nothing fried..I prefer fresh fruits/veggies to canned or cooked because it retains more of the nutritonal value.

Personal Information:
I'm a mother of 3 beautiful children. I have a 3 month oldk a 2 year old, and a 14 year old. They keep me busy and I love them so much. I'm also the wife of a coach and he's an amazing man! Currently I am busy Personal Training and its very rewarding because I get to help people feel better and look better . I'm hoping to pull my good friends together through my team site so that we can stay on track to live a healthy lifestyle and encourage each other through the tough times.

Other Information:
I love to read and listen to inspiring words. I prefer to be around people that will uplift me. I hope that in my professional and personal endeavors, that I'm able to uplift and help others as well.

Just looked at our team map. If we have a team get together would you come? Are you lonesome there without us all? I know you are. Miss you and thanks for being such a good team leader! Tell your husband to get off his butt and get going my team is losing miserably in the challenge!
