My Goals:
My goal is to have enough energy to be able to keep up with my future grandchildren whenever that may be, but I want to be ready.
I also know I need to get in a better habit of exercising. Righ now, it seems like the LAST thing on my mind.
My Program:
I have started cooking almost every night and buying only healthy choices at the store. There is only the occasional 'bad' item. My cart is almost half full when I leave the produce section!
