Don't give up on this. See it as a healthy life change not a diet. Diets eventually stop but you wanna be healthy forever. I ate a burger and fries from Red Robin and pasta alfredo with chicken this weekend and still lost a pound. Just eat in moderation. You can eat foods concidered unhealthy once in a while just not everyday. I never met you but I know you can do it.
