Why should I loose weight? ...

Why should I loose weight?
- I would like to loose weight so Ill be able to buy the clothes I want to so I can look the way I want.
- I want to have a career and not be bogged down by my weight and bad health.
- I want to become more fit and healthy.

Future vision
- In one year I want to be able to buy clothes from the regular sizes in the stores.

- In 5 years an ideal day would be me waking up from 8 hours sleep, doing some yoga/walking to awaken the body and having a healthy breakfast. Then Id put on makeup and head to work. Ill have an interesting and challenging work with new experiences each and every day. Id be able to take 2 hour long lunches three times per week so Id be able to workout during them. After work Id head home to my loved ones for home made dinner or meeting up with friends. In my spare time Ill do various arts and crafts.

My personal values would be love, variety and honour.
- I want to be loved and be able to give love. I really hate being single and lonesome.
- I want variation and new experiences in my life. Walking these same old steps is getting old.
- I want to stick to my sense of honour and evolve it and me to become a better person.

My Goals:
My goal is to be a person who's active, fit and that lives a good life.

In 6 months time I want to exercise regularly, I want to eat healthy food and I want to have a good job.

My Program:
Right now I'm focusing on:
- Making sure I'm sleeping 8 hours per night.
- That I de-stress.
- And I'm doing at least two one hour exercises each week.

Thank you for sharing your story and your thoughts on my blog, it helps to know that others struggle with these decisions too (but I am sorry that any of us have these things to struggle with). I hope that you find peace and happiness with what ever you decide.
