I am a mother of two, a wife to a wonderful man and a food blogger. I've always been a thick woman but not what you would call fat. I started picking up more weight after I met my husband. He would buy me chocolate and things like that, but i was still pretty active. I got pregnant with my first child in 06 and I ate fried fish, pizza and cheese steaks all day, nothing healthy at all and so I gained over 60lbs,... before I could lose the weight I was pregnant again with my second child. now almost six year later and 200lbs overweight.. I've made a list of reason I want (no..need) to lose weight.
I want to lose weight in order to:
Play more with my kids
Go on dates with my husband
Have more energy
Fit into clothes I like
Fit into the seats on planes so we can go to Ireland
Be less self conscious about my body when other people are around
Enjoy traveling more
Be comfortable in my body
Live longer

My Goals:
Are to workout hard and eat right and lose 180 to 200 lbs, so I can live longer for my kids and husband and so I can take that trip to Ireland I've always dreamed about.

My Program:
I really don't have a program
I'm just cutting out junk foods, and eating mostly whole wheat, fruits, and veggies. I am also working out at least three times a day, I'll do cardio in the morning, Tai chi in the afternoon, and yoga at night.
