A year from now you will wish you started today

I am going to use that motto. I have been stagnet for a few weeks now. I am eating healthy and it is becoming a habit I really enjoy. I have yet to incorporate exercise into my new lifestyle. I can't seem to find the thing that clicks. I keep in the forefront of my mind that I have this date with a horse in October and will be there come hell or high water. I may not be as far down the scales as I would like with doing the exercises but I will be on that horse. So..... in October I ...

I do lots of things I would rather not do simply because I have to. I don't want to be one of those that will look back on my life and say ....I wish I had of. I never have. I have done a lot with my life. Been a lot of places. Done a lot of things most females don't get the opportunity to do. I am not letting that go now.

Good luck with your "quitting" habit. It is so important, and probably the hardest thing I've ever done, except for all the cancer business twice. Learn from my mistakes. Fix this now.

Thanks GF, we'll be fine, we've lived on a lot less. LOL On a positive note....I WENT TO THE GYM TODAY! My 2 yr old grandson asked me if I exercised when I said yes he said "Your feet look skinny Nana" hahahaha Love him!

Thanks for the update on your progess - me, too - so far, so good!!! The scale isn't showing me any difference yet, but I certainly feel better about myself, more in control of the dreaded evening eating, and believing this is really possible. Wow. Thanks so much for being such a great supporter and motivator, my friend.
