    Hi Nykie, I'm glad you joined the challenge. You definitely want to eat within your calorie range... I learned that the hard way. I was exercising my butt off for the whole month of March and didn't lose a single pound. Once I started eating within my calorie range I lost 10 lbs during the month of April. Unfortunately I lost my motivation last month but that's ok because I'm back :-)
