I also track all of my food and have since November 1, 2010. It's a bit obsessive, but it helps. In terms of eating out with friends, I had to cut it out a lot. My former "team chunk" life was centered around going to bars and catching up over dinners out. I signed up for races, joined an adult softball team and finally got the dog that I wanted. This way, my life is centered around being active.

If you were driving to your destination, you'd make sure your car had gas, you'd get directions and then go. Same principal. You need a realistic plan. If you have a bad day, get up, shake it off and reqdjust your goals. You can do it, we're all rooting for you. 1933 days ago
Hey! Glad to have you back! I've been doing pretty good, I have been running farther and am very proud of that . However, the farther I run, the hungrier I am, so the more I eat . So my latest challenge has been trying to balance calorie intake with increased exercise. I have gone over my calorie range a couple times but have attempted to do far runs and lower calorie days to balance. Im all about the balance hehheeh but I still hope to adjust eventually!
