Hello everyone, my name is Jackie. I have been a member of SP for a little over a year now. I was able to lose a good amount of weight and then I stalled. I just noted while re-calculating my goals that in January of last year (2012) I was about the same weight I am now. I truly had not made that connection. Hello everyone, my name is Jackie. I have been a member of SP for a little over a year now. I was able to lose a good amount of weight and then I stalled. While I am grateful that I was able to maintain my loss, I am obviously disappointed that I have not lost more. If I had maintained that same focus and drive I started with, I would be at my goal by now. I will not beat myself up about it as I can not move backwards, only forward. I think having this revelation has helped me to put things in perspective. I know now that I can maintain, time to start losing again.

My Goals:
I have decided that I would like to set my goal to lose weight in 20 lb increments.

1st goal - 237 lbs by the week of 6/23/14 (@ 2lbs per week.)

2nd goal - 217 lbs by the week of 9/1/14

3rd goal - 197 lbs by the week of 11/10/14
Woo Hoo - less than 200lbs!!

4th goal - 177 lbs by the week of 1/19/15

5th goal - TBD

I would like to lose between 25- 30 or 35% of my current weight depending on how I look at said weight. I NEED to do this!

5% - 244.15
10% - 231.3
15% - 218.45
20% - 205.6
25% - 192.75
30% - 179.9
35% - 167.05




My Program:
My plan is to work out 3 - 5 times a week.

90 mins total
45 - 60 mins of cardio
30 mins of strength training
