As age 30 quickly approaches, it is becoming harder and harder to shed the college weight, and the 20 something martini party girl weight. So as my life begins to slow down and I am finding my true purpose… so goes my metabolism! I'm excited about getting older but not unhealthier...so it's time to make a change. Not to mention fitting in a two piece again before my 28th birthday. Thus, my quest to become health conscious and make healthier decisions… the preservation of sexy begins NOW...

* If you recieve a friend request from me it is probably because I viewed your page, blog, or comment in a forumn and just wanted to reach out to like minded people moving in the same direction. I hope we can inspire each other. CHEERS! Additionally, I have tried to accept those who have friended me, but I can't always comment but I thank you for adding me in advance.

Beginning Weight March 1st 2009 - 188lbs

Spark Week 1- May 6th, 2009 - (Weight- 184)- ( N/14, S/42.25, C/38.75, W/ 36.75, H/ 42.75)

Week 3- May 20, 2009 (Weight- 183.4)- ( N/14, S/40.25, C/38.5, W/ 36.5, H/ 42.75).

Week 6- June 3rd (Weight 183) - (N/14, S/ 40.25, C/38.5, W/36.5, H/41) *SSC Challenge begins

Week 8- June 17 (Weight 179.8) - (N/14, S/ 40.25, C/38.0, W/36.5, H/41)

Week 13- July 19th- (Weight 180.4) - (N/14, S/ 40.25, C/38.0, W/36.5, H/41- Thighs/24, calfs/14.5)


Week 22- August 2nd- (Weight 178) - (N/14, S/ 40, C/36.0, W/36.5, H/41- Thighs/24, calfs/14.5)

Week 23- August 9th- (Weight 173.4) - (N/14, S/ 40 C/36.0, W/36, H/40- Thighs/24, calfs/15).

My Goals:
To loose the 30 pounds I so desperately need to and decrease my BMI!

To fit into a two piece by my 29th birthday on August 16th. (4 away). And be FINE for my cruise with my sorors in October.

To live all around healthier lifestyle.


My Program:
1,500 calorie diet ( eliminating fatty foods, southern fried food, and pork)

Fitness Bootcamp with Todd Roman at USF Mon, Wed, Fri 510am ( 1 day commitment per week to the gym on my own, tues thurs sat or sun).

Add new activities each month ( pole dancing, kettlebell, hip hop dance class etc)

Drinking lots of water, elimnating soda, juice, but only 1 coffee (decaf a day)



Personal Information:
I'm just a hometown girl trying to inspire myself so that I can be an inspiration to others. I want to be the first to delete my family genetic legacy of heart diease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. The bad habits and poor health end with me.
