Going for it!
I was a laid back unhappy BBW. Got so tired of that. I finally found out what the problem was, took control and have been losing the weight. Went from wearing 4X & 5X clothing to XL and now I am on my way to losing the final 59 pounds that will bring me to my target goal. Would love some friends on the same journey as me. My Goals:
Dropping my final 59 pounds to achieve my goal that I set back in 2008 here in Sparkpeople.
My Program:
I low carb. I eat tons of veggies and fruits and eat mainly turkey, chicken, fish or nuts for protein along with protein shakes. I eat the majority of my calories and carbs during my active time of the day. I start my day with a low carb protein shake and end it with a low carb protein shake. No food after 6pm daily and I drink 8- 16 glasses of water a day.
Personal Information:
I live half the year in South Florida USA and Half the year in Morocco Africa
Other Information:
Even the tiniest step forward is STILL a step in the right direction. EVERYONE messes up and falls off track. the key is to get right back on track heading forward. Never give up.
