Hello! I am 21 years old and after being a member of SP since 2006 I fell off the ball and let myself go! Now I need all of your motivation to help me get back on Track. It's embarrassing for me to admit but since returning home to CO after living in NYC interning for ELLE magazine for 6 months I was clinically diagnosed with depression and along the way gained about 12 lbs. I have always been an advocate for healthy living, making my recent struggles extremely difficult! Please send any words ...

My Goals:
LOSE LOSE LOSE!!! I essentially just want to get back to feeling like me again! I would ideally like to get down to 119 but am shooting for a healthy 125!
My Program:
Spinning MWF and trying to incorporate strength at least 2 days a week!
