Always a new start
Until the birth of my third child I had never lost weight only gained. I had tried every diet and watched my weight and my moods fall and rise like a roller coaster and didn't even consider the long term damage I was doing. 2 breakdowns and the near loss of my marriage and I'm a different person for it. Everyone has their own way out, everyone has a different path to get where their going and everyone has a choice about it. Mine has bumps and twists and turns, BUT I have people to help me ...

Everyone has their own way out, everyone has a different path to get where their going and everyone has a choice about it. Mine has bumps and twists and turns, BUT I have people to help me find my feet when I fall, always different routes and methods of transport and there is a lot of fun to be had on the way.

Social networks don't work for me, I prefer what I have around me. I like to try new methods and see what works so I'm looking at this like a piece of gym equipment; sometimes I'll use it and sometimes I'll go for a swim instead! :-)
