Happiness Journey
My goal every day is to increase my happiness. Health is a big part of that goal--first, because I'm happier when I feel better; and second, because increased health, strength and fitness gives me more energy for what I like to do (more hiking, more play with my grandson, etc.). In short, health and fitness increase my freedom. Which increases my happiness!

My Goals:
Focus on positive aspects of every situation. Grow and expand daily through positive experiences.
My Program:
Nutrition Goals: I'm eating locally grown foods as much as possible--organic, sustainable, healthy! I'm focused on balancing protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats each time I eat. Strength Training Goals: Push muscles Mondays. Pull muscles Wednesdays. Core (incl. lower back) on Fridays. Cardio Workouts Goal: Interval aerobic workouts with heart rate monitor three times per week for 45 minutes each, using the No Excuses Workout System developed by Jonathan Roche. Support: My daughter, NEWO web site and emails, friends, SparkPeople website and forums, and Esther Hicks/Abraham emails.
