Chapter 3 is the best chapter of the book that is me, so far! I started this weight loss process when I turned 30. I realized I would have to accept being overweight for the rest of my life, or do something about it once & for all. I decided to do something about it, and almost two years later- I am soooo thankful I did! I am 42 lbs lighter, and a lot happier because of it!

My Goals:
My goal is to weigh between 145-155lbs and stay there! I would like to reduce my cholesterol, and lower my diabetes risk. I want to be HEALTHY!
My Program:
I use SparkPeople to keep track of my daily calorie intake, which is no more than 1500 calories per day. I exercises on the Elliptical trainer for 45 minutes at a time. I try to exercise three days in a row, then take a day off. I would like to join a Zumba class, or pilates. It's time to start tightening up!
