Hello 2011 - I will not hang up
Blah blah blah. Get fit, lose weight, feel great. Year after year the resolution is made and year after year I don't make enough of a commitment to see it through. So, my goal this year is not to challenge myself in that way, but to challenge myself to get up earlier in the morning, get to the gym 3 times a week and working out for 90 minutes and whatever happens thereafter, happens. I think I put too much pressure on myself before and maybe this is the way to go. The best ...
