Healthy Mommy

Hi i am Nuttie from Mumbai India, I have tried spark people before, seen benefits, gone off and continued to keep the weight.

I had a baby in March and suprisingly while i was pregnant, i shed a lot of "my" weight. And i realized it was due to simple things like eating healthy and a walk. And i was motivated to do it for the little one in me.

Now, i need to be motivated for myself - for my health and of course to be one of those "Yummy Mummy's"

Mini Goals

31st July - 71 kilos

Mini mini goal - 72 kilos on 20th July!

Plan for July'12

1. Find half an hour in the morning to go for a "non baby" walk

2. Some sort of strength training in the evening for half an hour

3. Eat equal to palm size at each meal. Try and eat every 3 hours to avoid excessive hunger

4. Cut off sweets (Developed a major sweet tooth during pregnancy)

5. 2-4 vege servings per day


Reward: This one needs to be thought of :-)

My Goals:
My aim is to loose 2 kilos a month. Since i am breast feeding. I am a little reluctant to go over

My Program:
1. Smaller portions
2. Limit intake of sweets
3. Exercise without the baby at hand for half an hour a day

Thanks for your comment on my page! It is so nice to hear that I can inspire others. What finally got me motivated to find healthy habits was just being done being dperessed with how I looked an felt. I decided instead of trying to lose fast with ways that I knew I couldn't stick with, I would just make sensible changes, and that's what I did, and I never looked back. Now, not only do I feel better about my looks, but I can play more with my kids without getting winded, which is great!
