Hello! I can relate to the part about not being happy with yourself. I have come to realize that when I am not happy with me (for whatever reason) that is when I don't take care of me. I don't eat well, get physical, or get enough sleep. And then it becomes a vicious cycle...UGH!
This is a great place for encouragement. Try using the journal on the planner tab to write some each week and get to the root of what's going on emotionally.
