The changes keep coming

I am a C25K graduate! I look forward to increasing my speed in 2015. New goals for 2015: lose enough weight to go rock climbing (at one of those indoor places). GO rock climbing at one of those places. Run 2-3 5Ks in 2015. And just keep with my "slow and steady" progress.

I got my new tattoo...you can find the picture in my Blog, New Ink. It came out really nice.
Next one is going to be a chickadee...just don't know when I'm getting that one, yet, but got a couple of ideas for it.

Yeah, well, the new me might be a ways out...but at least I'm thinking/working out the steps to get there. Always do best when I'm moving forward, even at a crawl, then when I'm stuck, or worse, going backwards.
