Hello!I saw you visited my page and you saw I have many pounds to lose. 150 pounds until I reach your current weight. So, it's not much advice I can give you except from my experience I'm not sure what's your height, but even if you're a little heavier than the catwalk models it doesn't mean you're not healthy or active.
Anyway, since you wanna do something about this I must say that 3 kg lost in 5 months is not so bad, you're right in the middle. Important is to keep it up.

I saw your comment about lacking motivation, so let me share the following....you are a walking, talking, breathing investment....and you are investing in yourself everytime you go for a walk, run, choose healthier eating choices, etc....this is a short and long-term investment and it will pay off.
If the weather is harsh, then think about core exercises that you can do inside...treadmill? light strength training?
So many options...and I have to tell you, when you first started Spark...and when you post, you touch peoples' lives...and not everyone has the knack that you do for writing...
